The 2010 Arnold Weightlifting Championships will showcase the nation’s best weightlifters. The 3 day event features open divisions for youth through adult competitors performing the classic snatch and clean & jerk lifts. This Olympic sport event provides competitive opportunity for men, women and youth athletes.
