Arnold Martial Arts Festival

The 2010 Festival will showcase the Olympic sports of Judo, Karate and Tae Kwon Do as well as 8 other disciplines. The Festival will welcome youth and adult competitors to the 3 day festival organized annually by martial arts legend Tokey Hill. Hill is an internationally recognized martial arts coach, 6-time National Karate Champion, and the first American to ever win the World Karate Federation World Championships. Designated as a former U.S. Olympic Team Coach of the Year for his team’s performance at the 1999 Pan American Games.

Taekwondo is attractive to every martial artist because it has Olympic status inclusion. Taekwondo is a direct pipeline for athletes seeking Olympian status. Seen frequently in martial arts films, taekwondo is one of the fastest growing martial arts in the United States.
