Ask Arnold Training Seminar

Ask Arnold is a unique training seminar that offers spectators the opportunity to ask questions about training, fitness and diet.  Providing the answers will be Gov. Schwarzenegger and the professional winners from the 2011 Arnold Sports Festival, including the winners of the Arnold Classic, Ms. International, Fitness International, Figure International, Bikini International and the Arnold Strongman Classic.

The Ask Arnold Training Seminar offers an excellent opportunity to engage with Gov. Schwarzenegger; to hear him speak and ask him questions in an open question and answer format. Gov. Schwarzenegger typically spends at least an hour at the seminar.

Attendees will also hear from the top male and female bodybuilders, fitness and figure competitors fresh off their wins in their respective events.  Also appearing will be the strongest man winner to present his views on strength training and competition.  

The Ask Arnold Training Seminar will be held Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Veterans Memorial from 9 a.m.-noon.  Tickets are $50 for reserved seating.
