The Arnold Armwrestling Challenge on the stage at the Arnold EXPO is a championship competition by the world's best male and female armwrestling champions.
Armsport, what we who watch call armwrestling, is more than opposing biceps joined at their owner's hands.
The sport demands optimize strength, innovative and complex training regimens, greater flexibility, and joint control.
Armsport's best gather from Europe, India, Canada, and across the United States. The Arnold Armwrestling Challenge is two days of fierce competition with great champions of armsport on the Arnold EXPO stage.
More than 100 athletes have already qualified for the 2010 event with several more qualifying events yet to happen.
