Arnold Amateur Bikini

Chady Dunmore is the latest proof that the quickest way for aspiring IFBB pros to earn a spot in the Arnold Classic is to first win the Arnold Amateur. Chady won the Amateur Bikini in March, then earned her pro card in July and will be invited to the 2011 Bikini International. It's that simple.

The fifth-annual Arnold Amateur IFBB International Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships will once again include amateurs from USA's NPC and IFBB and competitors from throughout Europe, Asia, and Canada.

U.S. competitors must finish in the top five at an NPC national qualifying-sanctioned event to be eligible for the Arnold Amateur. Get entry form at www.arnoldamateur.com.

Pro cards are not awarded to U.S. competitors who win the Arnold Amateur Men’s and Women’s Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini competitions. However, Arnold Amateur winners who go on to earn a Pro card through a sanctioned-qualifying event will be invited to compete in a future Arnold Classic, Ms. International, Figure International, Fitness International or Bikini International.

Arnold Amateur winners also receive two tickets to the Arnold Classic bodybuilding finals on Saturday, March 5 and will be recognized on stage and be photographed with Arnold.
