Fitness enthusiasts from around the globe gather for the annual Arnold Fitness EXPO, a three day extravaganza of fitness shopping and sports entertainment featuring the biggest names in the fitness industry. 700 booth spaces create the largest and most prestigious fitness EXPO anywhere in the world offering a wide array of fitness supplements, equipment, apparel, and endless star power. Amateur Bodybuilding Fitness and Figure, and Amateur Bikini

Gather to enjoy the rare amateur athletes from more than 40 nations gather enjoy the rare opportunity to compete on the same stage where Arnold Schwarzenegger captured his Mr. World title in Columbus, Ohio and has since hosted decades of international level competition in bodybuilding, fitness and figure events on the historic Veterans Memorial stage. Amateur contests in 2010 will include:

• Arnold Amateur Fitness: Showcasing the greatest talents of world wide amateur female fitness athletes who demonstrate gymnastic & posing talents and a muscle toned physique
• Arnold Amateur Figure: Amateur Figure competitors present a well balanced physique with emphasis on total body symmetry. These contestants are each vying for future recognition in the professional ranks of IFBB Figure competitions.
• Arnold Amateur Men’s Bodybuilding: Arnold Amateur athletes from more than 40 nations will be competing at the 2010 Arnold Amateur Men’s Bodybuilding competition. Many of these entrants are National Champions representing their respective nations at the international level.
• Arnold Amateur Women’s Bodybuilding: Amateur women bodybuilders aim for a strong athletic appearance that emphasizes a lean, muscular physique and feminine appearance. A global array of National Physique Committee (NPC) athletes will gather for this world level competition.
• Arnold Amateur Women’s Bikini: Amateur NPC competitions in Women’s Bikini began in 2009. This event has added a new competitive category to the diversity of physical expression opportunities offered at the Arnold Sports Festival.
