Amateur MMA Festival

Party With The Pros - Speaking of the LC Pavilion, don't forget the Party With The Pros Saturday night following the finals in the Arnold Classic and Arnold Strongman Classic at Veterans Memorial Auditorium. We'll have buses waiting outside Vets Memorial to take you to the best party in town with pro athletes dancing, dining and posing for their fans.

Party With The Pros

Arnold 5K Registration Still Open - Registration fills so fast for the Arnold 5K Pump & Run that people forget about the Arnold 5K which precedes the P&R. Registration is still open for the Arnold 5K Run. There is plenty of room. The streets are wide in Columbus and there's no heavy lifting. The 5K Pump & Run is closed.

Ask Arnold Seminar - Speaking of Arnold, do you have a question you've always wanted to ask him? You can have a chance at doing that at Arnold's Sunday morning "Ask Arnold Seminar" at Veterans Memorial Auditorium.

Arnold begins the seminar at 9 a.m., followed by the professional IFBB winners from Friday and Saturday nights in a personal explanation of their training methods and successes. You can also ask them questions about their diet and training techniques.

It's the "Ask Arnold Seminar" Sunday at Veterans Memorial Auditorium. Tickets at Ticketmaster.

A one-day workshop on Saturday, March 6, 2010, during the Arnold Sports Festival at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

The workshop features David Tejada, a Denver-based professional photographer whose Small Strobes - Big Results lighting seminar instructs photographers how simple lighting techniques with inexpensive equipment can make better photos.

This is a rare opportunity for photographers to receive instruction from one of the best lighting technicians in the world. David is praised for his teaching technique and the value of his insights.
